1. We select 45# carbon steel material, subjecting the raw material to two-stage wire drawing to achieve a smoother and more uniform surface finish;
2. After cold heading, we inspect product concentricity and employ core-less grinding to further enhance surface roughness to within Ra 0.3μm;
3. Optical sorting machines ensure a product qualification rate exceeding 99.99%.
